The health of Horwood & James employees, clients and the wider community is our primary concern.
We wish to reassure clients that we continue to operate a full service. Our office remains open and is operating to our usual opening hours (9am-5pm).
In light of the of the high number of COVID-19 infections (locally) we will continue implementing the following steps:
- We advise that current clients and those with new enquiries do not attend at our offices, but instead telephone or email us in the first instance;
- It is our intention to conduct, if possible, meetings either by telephone or by video conferencing i.e. Microsoft Teams, Zoom & FaceTime;
- Please contact us before you post or bring documents to our offices as it may be more appropriate for them to be emailed;
- Please ensure that you do have a confirmed booked appointment before attending our office.
