We are delighted to announce that two highly experienced senior solicitors have joined our Aylesbury office, Jane Dwyer and David Hodges.
Jane qualified as a Solicitor more than 22 years ago and she joins as a senior solicitor in our well-regarded Wills and Probate team. Jane advises clients on a range of matters including probate, the administration of estates and the drawing up of all types of wills. Jane also advises on trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications and she provides elderly client advice.
David is a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who qualified in 1995. Joining the firm’s Property team, David brings a wealth of experience and expertise with him, in particular having extensive knowledge of residential developments in Aylesbury and the surrounding areas. David offers proficiency in all aspects of residential transactions acting for both sellers and buyers along with their lenders. David enjoys an excellent relationship with local agents who value his hands-on and pragmatic approach.
This year, two dedicated and longstanding members at the firm, Jill Swift (Partner and Head of the Probate Department) and Mia Young (Probate Administrator) retired. During their career, Jill and Mia have provided extraordinary legal services to clients across the private client sector for over 30 years and have played a key role in the success and growth of the firm.
